Also note,
The sashes are different sizes
The top sash is 27 x 36
And
The bottom is. 40 x 36
So, the window weights are different
And maybe that has an impact on
The design of the sash cord retractor

I'm afraid I couldn't use those stamps or pictures to confirm exactly what balance you have. There should be more stamps printed on the balance boxes, but we would need to see all of them. I can make an educated guess based on your window size, but there is no guarantee it will be right. Start with our 24-L9-1327 and 24-R13-927. These may be what you want.

Thanks Paul
I reexamined the balances
There are some markings on the flange
R13-927
And
L9-1327
So,how about that !!
I suppose the L and R are for tight and left
Is r/l determined from looking at the window from inside or outside of the house ?

Oh, great, glad I was right! Andersen considers "left" and "right" from the outside looking in.
