Replacement Andersen window sash balance. R19-927. Also stamped 5-88, which I assume is the manufacture date. Window has CIG-2-3-88 etched on it with "high performance".

I believe you have a cottage window where the lower sash is larger than the top and the overall size of the window is (3056), meaning 36" x 66". Can you confirm? If so, I recommend our 24-R13-927 (right side) and 24-L9-1327 (left side).

The top sash is 31 7/8 wide by 27 1/2 inches high. The lower sash is 31 7/8 wide by 27 inches high. The inside glass measurements are each 24 3/8 wide by 23 7/8 high.

Thanks for the additional information. If the sashes are of equal size, and the visible glass is 24-3/8" x 23-7/8", then I recommend our 24-737 instead.
