Andersen window sash balances

Question

Hello. I need to replace some of my Andersen sash balances.

They have the numbers:

10#31 F3

And 11600-17

Can you let me know what the correct left and right parts are to replace these? Thanks!!

(The also say 6-87 on them. Could they be from 1987??)
