Andersen window sash circa 1968

Home Owner from Buffalo, NY
Can you help identify the appropriate replacement part for my circa 1968 Andersen sash balance in the photo?

EE 527 568 are the numbers etched on the old sashes.

The visible glass on the bottom sash is 32" wide and 23.5 in length. No other information is visible on the sash other than the small Andersen upside down symbol and Andersen name on the bottom left hand side of the sash - the identifying numbers have been worn off after 45 years.

I mention this because I have already contacted Andersen via email and they needed this identifying information to determine the windows vintage and model in order to determine the appropriate replacement sash balance which I though was absolutely ridiculous. Please let me know if you can help based on the photo and information provided.

Thanks

Chris

Thanks for posting, Chris. I think we should be able to help. Can you confirm that the stamp reads 5 27 though? Looking at your picture, it looks like 9 27.

If it's 9 27, check out our 24-939. This can replace balance boxes with that stamp.

No problem, Chris, I was happy to help. Unfortunately, we don't sell jamb liners. You should contact Andersen directly.
