Andersen window screen knife latch

I am looking for a replacement knife latch for an Andersen double hung window screen. I have included 2 pictures. One shows the left latch still in place and the other shows the patent number for the right one I am trying to replace. Can this part be replaced and is this a part you currently have is stock? The windows are from around they year 2000.
