lower left corner of glass has "2-5" marking.
Window is orginal to house ~40 years old
~24 inches(width) x ~37 inches(height) - inside sash.

User submitted a photo of window hardware.

I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have based on this information. The only way to accurately identify an Andersen sash balance is for us to know what each stamp printed on the balance itself reads. Let me know!

The sash balance number engraved on the plate is "4" followed by spaces and "19". This does not appear to coincide with any part numbers on your site. There are no other discernable markings on the plate other than the Andersen manufacturer name. The engraving is very faint.

Actually, it does! See our 24-431. This can replace Andersen balances marked with "4 19."
