Thanks for posting! There is a chance we can make a replacement recommendation for the weatherstripping you have here. I'll just need to see a photo of an undamaged end profile view to determine which of these might be the best replacement. See the video tutorial below for reference.

Thanks for your photos. I believe the best replacement recommendation we can make is the 55-306 Andersen Window Glazing Bead. Your snap-in appears to mount to the window frame a bit differently, so I cannot guarantee that this kerf mount bead will work. That said, take a look over the dimensions and design and see what you think!
