What is the name of this part that accepts the screw on the handle? Where can I buy this part?

Unfortunately, your photo does not show enough of the handle to tell us what the correct replacement would be. We may be able to replace the handle but it is unlikely that we will be able to supply the small part shown in your photo. 

Please send us a photo of the entire handle, as well as the distance between the mounting holes so that we can determine the best replacement for you. Thank you!
