Anderson 400 series window C245 operator

A home owner from USA says:
Hi, I am looking for a replacement hinge/arm for the above window so that it will open wider than it currently does. Can you let me know if you have this type of hardware? I need to have an arm that's about 12 inches from the center to the end.

I think you might looking at this the wrong way. The operator you have is a split arm type. It's link arm works from the hinge side. Looking at your photos, I can see the current operator arm is not fully extended to open the window fully. In the photo, you show the measurement from the other side of the operator, though I'm not sure if that measurement is relevant. You operator works at the hinge side. Could it be your operator gear is worn and that is why the window wont open fully?
