Hello! Looks like you bought Truth brand parts, while your windows are Andersen brand. That would account for why they didn't work.

The operator cover is easy one, that would be our 39-154. This is available in white.

The lock is another story, though. That is very, very old. I'm not sure it's even made anymore. Before we go any further, would it be possible to see a picture of the keeper it locks to?

Hey there, maybe I can help. This older style lock isn't made anymore, but our 38-056 and 38-057 locks, along with the 38-135 keeper, maybe worth considering. These are genuine Andersen parts but the design is still a little different. Keep in mind that some adaptation of the window frame may be necessary, but as long as you replace the locks and keepers then they will function. At that point it's just a matter of making sure they fit in the space available. That part, I admit, is a bit of a hail mary. Just something to keep in mind.

As for the cover, I agree with Tom. Our 39-154 should work fine. These are designed to just snap over the operator. We also sell the 39-286 handle, or the newer 39-267 contoured handle.
