Unfortunately, the 39-376 does not work on Andersen windows, which use brand-specific hardware. This is a Truth brand part and would only be compatible with Truth brand operators. 

Feel free to send us photos of your original operator with the widow open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible, which will help us confirm which handle and cover options would be compatible. Thank you!
