Anderson Awning window operator

Hi, the operator on my window looks like it matches the 39-099, however the item is now out of stock is there any substitute for that?

There is no direct substitute for the 39-099 operator, unfortunately. Andersen hardware tends to be very specific, and you really need exactly what was installed before. I had a thought, though. What year was your window made? The 39-343 is similar to the 39-099, but it is only meant for Andersen Perma-Shield Enhanced awning windows made from 1995 to 1998. If your window does not fit that criteria then it will likely not work.
