Also 11600-17
BR 1689? or BR 6 89 maybe manufacture date coincides with home build date
Anderson stamp is present and then Can and USA Pattent #'s

Thanks for reaching out! This balance can be replaced with the 24-939 Andersen Sash Balance. These are used to replace balances marked with a 927, 931, 937, and 939.

You'll need the same balance to replace the right and left hand sides.
