Looking for this crank - the top hole CL is 2-11/16", the arm is 9"

back side of crank body has number: F-9400-8A

There is also a number on the arm: 9958-1

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. Take a look at our 39-099 Andersen Awning Operator. Compare the dimensions with your old part and see what you think.

The 39-099 is 3-11/16. I need 2-11/16

I'm afraid your particular design is not made anymore. You might need our 39-362 Andersen Casement Operator Adapter Plate to get the new operator to install in your window; but even then there are no guarantees. Take a look and see if you think you could get this to work.
