Greetings, my older Anderson window casement lock (for a window that opens counter clockwise) is no longer catching/pulling in the latch. I was wondering if you could help me replace it. I also noticed the window crank plastic was chipped. Do you stock that as well? Thanks!

Thanks for writing in! Your window operator appears to be similar to the 39-147 Andersen Window Crank. Although, I am not able to see the arm, so I cannot be absolutely sure. Carefully compare the specifications to be sure.
The compatible handle is the 39-286. The cover can be replaced with the 39-154. The other related hardware and accessories can be found tagged below.
Dimensions for 39-147
Your casement lock reminds me of the 38-056 RH Casement Lock. The left handed version is the 38-057. Take a look over the diagram below to confirm that this is the correct match.
They are both used with the 38-135 Andersen Casement Lock Keeper.
