We have seven casement windows and they were installed in a construction project building in 1983. The mechanism work drives on three windows are stripped and they cannot be used to easily open and close the windows. We are hopeful that this "Left hand" Anderson mechanism can be identified and I will immediately purchase. This one mechanism to determine that the replacement can be performed. Then I will purchase the other two mechanisms to follow and both might be right hand ones. I live in Dedham, Mass and the windows are in my sister's house in Turners Falls, Mass.
