Anderson Casement Window Parts

Hello; I purchased the operator plastic cover and a new handle but this did not solve my problem of the window not closing. It opens but won't close. When I take off the cover the big round screw comes out of the unit. The number on the arms are 1361318 Anderson Windowalls. I took pictures so I'm hoping you can tell me what part number(s) I need to replace the entire mechanism that cranks open the window. Thanks for your help and time. Can I send pictures? Caroline

Based on Paul's response to my inquiry, see below, attached is the operator and arms that I need to replace. The number on the Arm is 1361318. (See picture 001) I already purchased the plastic cover and the handle from you thinking this was the problem, but it didn't. I looked at my other window, which is the same, and the big round screw that the crank handle screws onto does not pull out from the operator, which it does from the window not working. Please let me know, based on the attached pictures, what I need to purchase. Thanks ever so much for your time and help.
