I am looking to replace this crank on my Anderson window, the gears are worn and not longer work.

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-264 Andersen operator. If your window was manufactured between 1995 and 1998, you will need the 39-362 adapter plate. Also see the related items on the for a compatible cover and handle.
