Need to replace 3 left hand and 1 right hand of the attached.
Can you please advise if your 39-264 is the correct part?

Our 39-264 is the operator that you need. Something else that is also worthy to note and look into is if your house was built between 1995-1998 then you will need to purchase our 39-362 Operator Adapter Plate. Take a look and let me know what you think or if you have any questions.
