Hi there!
We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

Hi Emily, Mother-in-law's house that I am 200 miles away from, wont get back there for a few weeks. I will resubmit when I have more pictures. Thanks, David
