Anderson Casement window mechanism

Question

I purchased a replacement mechanism 39-147 and it is the correct replacement part. However, there is another arm that is separate from the crank mechanism but which connects from the frame to the window which you don't show on the page for the mechanism. Do you sell that?

Thanks for reaching out! We do not carry Andersen brand hinges, unfortunately, but we do sell as similar hinge that could be worth considering as a replacement. Look over the dimensions for the 36-004-10 hinge set. Compare them to your existing hinges to determine if these might work as a replacement.

You'll need to replace the hinges on both the top and bottom of the window to ensure that they function properly but they should work. See what you think.
