This Anderson crank handle looks gray. The inside is plastic and worn one side.Not including knobs is 3 1/2 " extension.
I included the numbers on the back.
Is it still available? House built 1999.

Hello! This looks like the classic-style Andersen casement window handle. See our 39-267. Just note that this has a hole diameter of 3/8", which is the only size Andersen makes. You may want to check that yours is the same size, itself.
