Hi there, thanks for writing in. It looks like you are in need of some new hinge arms. Consider our 36-048 as a substitute. They look like a good candidate to me.

I had purchased Item number 36-013-10, 2-Bar Hinge Set , 10", SS on 6/24/2015. I think I also purchased a crank handles also. Do you have any record of that purchase? I need the same crank handle mechanism again. Thanks.

Hi Mike, thanks for writing in. I see that you ordered our 36-013-10 back in 2015. This part has been discontinued, but we do have a new substitute which is our 36-004-10. I wasn't able to find any record of a crank handle. However, if you show me some pictures of what you are looking for I would be happy to assist!

Hello! Are you still just looking to get a reminder of what you ordered? If so, that crank handle appears to match our 39-205, though this is an educated guess. It's difficult to be sure.

If you also wanted to replace your operator, we can help with that too. But I will need to see a clear photo of the entire mechanism without obstruction. Your current photo currently only shows the base.
