Anderson Crank Window

Question

The mechanism doesn't work when you crank the window open or closed. It gets stuck. I do not have the part number.

Before you try replacing the operator, I would first check to make sure that the window isn't the problem. Disconnect your operator from the sash and see if you can manually open and close it. If you can, then it is the operator that needs replacing. I think yours looks similar to our 39-264, but carefully examine the specs we have and see if you agree.
