Anderson Crank Window - broken plastic connector

Home Owner from 01845
Hi-

We have an older Anderson crank window. The plastic piece that sits in the track and slides when the crank is turned has cracked. The cracked plastic piece is attached to the arm by some sort of compression pin and if I get it off I am not sure I can get it back on and stay. Does a replacement part exist for the plastic piece that sits in the tray and attaches to the arm (shown intact in my picture)?

Thx

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that your Andersen operator uses the 39-281 shoe. Please review the overall style and dimensions below to confirm a good fit! Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.

Hi-

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it would appear I need a shoe for my Anderson crank window. Are there many different shoes to pick from for my crank window (house was built in the 1970's).

Thx

Hello,

We only carry the one option separately as shown above. Do the dimensions match up?

I have not had a chance to measure it yet. Will do so and then get back to you. Thx
