Hello All, I believe the black plastic piece in the pics has worn out enough that it is popping off of the latch as it is pressed downward to latch the window shut. I've re-attached it three times. It will hold for about 3/4's of the downward motion and then near the end of what would be 'fully latched closs", it pops off. Sincerely, Tim

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell a replacement for the hardware shown here, unfortunately. Your best bet would be to contact the original manufacturer of the window if you haven't already. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
