Anderson DH window balancer

Question

Balancer is broken on the LHS of my Anderson DH window. The string does not retract for the lower window, probably because the tension spring is broken?

Can I purchase a replacement balancer for the LHS?

both sides are numbered 11600-17
LHS has E47 9#27 10-86
RHS has E52 9#27 12-86

require one (1) replacement

Thanks for posting. Please take a look at our 24-939 Andersen Sash Balance. This can be used to replace balance boxes with the stamp 9#27.
