Backside has 11600-3

These are left and right units from same window.

Take a look at our 24-531 Andersen sash balance that would replace your (5#23) stamp. Thanks for posting!

Measuring the glass of bottom sash and using Anderson web site for Narrowline double hung parts, their part appears to be: 1626024. Somehow if I search for that part # on your website, it links to 24-531, so I guess they are equivalent.

Your old "5#23" stamp is what confirms it for us. The 24-531 is specifically designed to replace any Andersen sash balance with that stamp. I'm very confident that Casey's recommendation will replace your old one.
