Anderson Double-Hung Sash Balance Identification

Question

What is the replacement part number for an Anderson wood double-hung (approximately 24 x 48) window. The house was built in the early 60's. What appears to be a date code on this balance shown in the picture is 6-31-1952.

Size is 2 7/8 wide, 6 5/16 long and 3/4 inches high

I can just faintly make out the stamp 631, which corresponds to our 24-637. however, I also notice your balance doesn't have a tab, while modern Andersen balances all do. You will have to cut out space in your frame to accept the tab on the new balance.
