Anderson Double Pained Sash Balancer

Need a sash balancer. My unit has the number 11600a-3 stamped on it/ I think the window is an anderson double pained window,

Hello! Are there any other codes on the balance box? The one you listed isn't the box number. There's another number elsewhere on the box, but sometimes these stamps wear down with age. See if you can find it or not.

I looked further. And there are two other numbers. 11600-17 and 623831. I think this is a series 200 Anderson window

I think that may do the trick. Can you send a photo of the "623831" marking, or at least just let me know if there were spaces or symbols between any of the numbers? The spacing of that code is going to probably determine which balance I recommend.

Ok I have the information

Seems we are close

623 (large space) h31 space 7 space 89
Also the other one has
623 (large space) h30 space 8 space 89

There was not 831 misread it
So maybe it is like this
623 h31 7 89
623 h30 8 89

Awesome. That did the trick. Check out 24-637. It is the recommended replacement for any "623" balance from Andersen.
