There is no mention of the material this replacement part is made of... Interested in the stone color...

What is the return policy should they not work?
I need a right inside handle... is part # 88-019 correct?
Also then need the outside handle... which part # would that be?
Is there a shipping charge and what would the time-frame be to receive in Pittsburgh PA?

The 88-019 is used for the interior and 88-020 for exterior. Both handles can be used on a left or right handed sliding door.

There is a shipping charge and it will depend on which option is chosen at checkout. Once the items are added to your cart, you can enter your zip code to view the shipping lead time and costs.
