Anderson Mechanism
We carry a bunch of Andersen brand operators that may replace this. However, I can't narrow it down without seeing the rest of yours. Would you be able to open the window and show me a clear, top-down photo of the whole mechanism? That will allow me to make a recommendation.

These pictures are a huge help, thank you! Based on what I see here, my recommendation would be either the 39-094 (9-3/8" long arm) or 39-150 (8-3/8" long arm). You'll have to measure your original arm length to confirm the better option, so make sure to refer to the two diagrams below to get an idea of how we do that. In short, you want to measure from the center of the rivet to the "elbow." Hopefully that makes sense.
