Anderson Narrowline Balancers - replacement parts

Hi
We're replacinging Balancers in our Windows. These windows were installed in 1960 or 1962.

There are few identifying marks on these balancers.
We did find numbers on one... 4. 25

We would like to buy replacement parts.

Thanks for reaching out. If your old balance is stamped with "4 25," then you may very well need our 24-431 Andersen sash balance. Just note that ours is a more modern version compared to your original model, so some adaptation may be necessary to get the newer part to fit in your header.
