Anderson Narrowline string window balancer

Question

Embossed on the face of the balancer - 11600-17  &   D787#27 3-87.  Please advise what replacement balancer number would be an appropriate replacement.

Hello there. See the 24-737. This will replace Andersen balances with the stamp 7#27, or 727.
