Unforutnately, we do not carry a handle set with 7" installation hole spacing. I'd recommend double-checking your measurement since 7" is quite large for this type of handle set. Also, feel free to get back to us with photos of your inside handle and mortise lock to confirm if a possible replacement is available. Thank you!
