I found the following on the arm "C2-C45- CW2-CW3"

Going by those code numbers I believe your window was manufactered after 1986. This leads me to believe you might have the Andersen split arm operators. Take a look at the operators listed on this page to see if any of  these are the ones that fit your window. If not, send us photos of your operator, and we will continue to search for other options.

Just found this info also on the arm in the sunlight. CR-CN/ALL 361317 2/26/91/1
Can you be more sure of the correct arm I should order with this added information?

It looks like you could have the 39-264 Andersen operator. Look it over and see if our dimensions match up to yours. 

Keep in mind that if your window was manufactured between 1995 and 1998, you might also need to use the 39-362 adapter plate. Look at the corners of your window glass. Andersen normally etches the date of the window on the corner of the glass.
