Trying to find a replacement and this thing has more numbers than the Stock Exchange. I hope that you have the decoder ring from that cracker box as a kid to ease this inconvenience.

Thanks for posting. Ha, Andersen does put a ton of stamps on these boxes, and it's not always obvious what the important ones are. In this case, it's the '11R'. That suggests you can replace this balance box with the 24-11R. Note that this type of Andersen balance only works for one side of the window. For the other side, use the 24-11L.
