I need to replace the above sash balance. Can you identify the product ref / cost for me so I can order. Should I replace both; the other works at the moment.

Finally, anywhere I can pick one up in the RI/MA area?

You might possibly have our 24-737, but I'm not totally certain. There should be more markings on the balance box itself. Can you tell me what they read?

Andersen recommends replacing both balances at the same time.
