Thanks for posting. See our 24-1231 Andersen Sash Balance. This is meant to replace old Andersen balance boxes that include the stamped code '12#27', or 1227.

Here is a picture of my existing sash balance with the part number as indicated, BP14 12#27 8-85.

Can you please confirm the replacement part number for this item so I can order it from you.
