Thank you for posting! Unfortunately, I am unable to identify what Andersen sash balance you need based on this information. There should be another stamp somewhere on the balance--make sure to check the tabs, and even on the underside. If you aren't sure which stamp is the right one, please submit a few pictures of each of your stamps for us to look at and identify!

Ah, there it is! That's the number we're looking for. Please take a look at our 24-637 Andersen Sash Balance. This can be used to replace balance boxes with the stamp 6#31.
