Ander Son Sash Balance No Stamp?

I have Ander Son Sash Ballance number on unit is 11600-17.

I can not match the numbers on your sign.

I need to puchase one full unit.

Do you sell replacement strings?

Please let me know.

I may purchase all four (4) new

Thank you for posting! Unfortunately, I am unable to identify what Andersen sash balance you need based on this information. There should be another stamp somewhere on the balance--make sure to check the tabs, and even on the underside. If you aren't sure which stamp is the right one, please submit a few pictures of each of your stamps for us to look at and identify!

We do not sell replacement strings for these balances.

The only other number is

C20 6#31 6-85

This number does not match anything on your site

The only other information on the balance is the anderson logo

Ah, there it is! That's the number we're looking for. Please take a look at our 24-637 Andersen Sash Balance. This can be used to replace balance boxes with the stamp 6#31.
