This is for a Bay window siz 32 X 39 rounded off all the numbers on it are as follow: 11600-17
BP 30 12127 9 86
3335455
I beleive its model # is either a 2832 or a 8670 it is a double hung window with the dble glass looking for replacement sash balance.

Hmm... I'm not sure what you have. I'm fairly certain that the key stamp here is "BP 30 12127 9 86," but we don't have anything that corresponds to that. Can I see a picture of that stamp? Sometimes seeing how the numbers are printed is just as important as the numbers themselves.

Thank you! I knew I was on the right track. That's 12#27, not 12127. Believe it or not, that's an important difference. I recommend our 24-1231. This can replace Andersen balance boxes stamped with 12#27.
