The numbers I see are

The removable casing sill says 89 4

Thanks for posting. Looks like you were viewing the 24-939. You won the guessing game then, because this is the correct part! The 24-939 is meant to replace Andersen balances that include the stamp code '927'. Let us know if you have any other questions.
