Anderson Sash Balance Identification

Question

6-5/16 x 3 x 3/4 Anderson window balance. For 40 x 61 double hung window circa 1992.

Looks like the hard to read numbers along the lip where the staple was reads 1231 2 P17 4 91, although it could be A17 not P17

Can you identify the correct replacement part?
