Anderson Sash-Balancer Parts

Question

Looking for replacement for Anderson double hung 1990's era balancers.
Code on the balancer:
J23 5#27 10-85

The Anderson logo on the window pane states:
To the left of the triangle is an 'II'
On the bottom is an 'Xi" and a circle with an R or B maybe
On the right is '85/' and something else that is too faded.

The inside casing measurements are 20.5" wide by 22" tall. This is just the demensions of the glass for one of the double hungs.

Thanks for posting. See our 24-531. This can replace Andersen balances with the stamp 5#27, or 527.
