We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the stamp code does not indicate the correct replacement. We'd need to start by seeing an intact assembly fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'd also need to know the exact balance channel length and weight of the window sash that they support since your stamp code does not correspond to any of our strength options. Thank you!
