Anderson Upper Sash Will Not Open

good morning,
You folks have helped me in the past with my window issues. I need help again, thanks. I have an Anderson double hung wooden window with an upper sash that will not open. I have another same type of window , the upper sash comes down 3 inches and then jams. I believe these issues may be attributable to the upper sash balance unit which I believe is located in the head unit. Do you have any videos on this type of window and spring replacement.

We do offer the video below that shows the process of replacing Andersen box balances. If this is what you have, we would need to see photos of yours removed, including clear images of all of the stamp codes, to determine the correct replacements. Thank you!
