Anderson Window

Quick Learner from Charlottesville VA
Hi,

We have a rental property with Anderson casements windows on either side of a fixed pane window (pic attached). 3 of the casement windows are inoperable.

One arm was stamped Anderson 55003 - you could see this on the arm after prying the window open. Will your 39-094 work on this window?

The current handle is really a large screw that is seated in the crank housing.

If this replacement will work - do I need to order the handle separately?

Thank you!
Linda

Looks like the worm gear came out of your operator. Like you mentioned, this is seated in the crank housing. It's actually not meant to come out; if it has, it's usually a sign that the gears have stripped out, which means that the whole operator will have to be replaced.

Now, our 39-094 certainly looks close, but you will have to confirm that the arm is the same. I cannot see yours in these pictures. As for handles, see our 39-286 for a possible match.
