Hello looking for a replacement Anderson Window balance. Please see attached pics for cross reference.

I believe you have a cottage window where the top and bottom sash heights are different. In order to ID the right balances for your window, may we have the visible glass size for both the bottom and top sash? We would need the width" x height". Thank you!

Paul you are correct with the different sizes...
Here are the glass dimensions:
Bottom- 32.5"W x 36"H
Top-32.5"W x 24"H

Thank you for these dimensions, they're exactly what we needed. Your balance stamped with "L13/1831" has been replaced with the more modern 24-L9-1327. The opposite of the sash will use the 24-R13-927. Let me know if you have any questions.
