Anderson Window Balance

Question

There are two markings in the original balances: C97 6#23384 and 11600-17.
can you tell me what the correct balance would be for replacement? And if there are different part numbers for left and right?

Thanks for posting. Without photos of the stamps I can't be 100% certain, but if one clump of code reads 6#23, then this balance can be replaced by the Andersen 24-637. This is a non-handed sash balance and will work for both sides.
