I could not find the replacement on you web site.
My window is 47L x 32H.
Attached is a photo.
There's a sticker that says 13-31. engraved under the sticker is 12 31
In the corner is 122.

Thanks for posting, Dan. I recommend our 24-1231. This can replace Andersen sash balances stamped with 1231.

Hi,
I'm concerned about the right part number.
The sticker 13-31 is not a randomly placed.......it was placed to cover the 12-31.
Can you double/triple check on the correct part number. I spoke to Todd at swisco and he thinks you should check with other people that do what you do as to the correct part number.

If you believe your original balance was erroneously stamped and that 13-31 is the appropriate number, then see our 24-1331 instead. You may want to contact the original installers and ask why they decided to place that sticker on the balance, though, just in case.
